The State of Rents
Since the incredibly manic property boom of 2008-10, we have seen prices fall with no insight as to when it would pick up again… until now. The Office of Housing is perhaps the most accurate gauge to the yearly flow of the rental market. Updated each financial year, the most recent data helps paint a picture for the current state of the rental market.
